INJECTION MOLDING AUTOMATION
• Technical secondary school education or above, majoring in electrical automation, mold, mechanical automation, or related fields;
• 2+ years of after-sales service experience in the automation industry;
• Willingness to travel, ability to follow work arrangements, strong independence, good analytical and summarizing skills, and strong service awareness;
• Preferred: Candidates with after-sales service experience in injection molding downstream automation, In-Mold Labeling (IML) systems, or industrial robots are preferred.
• Commissioning and application of equipment at the factory;
• Efficiently complete daily installation tasks according to work plans;
• Responsible for on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance follow-up;
• Communicate proactively with customers, properly resolve on-site issues, and minimize customer complaints;
• Communicate, organize, and provide timely feedback on customer requirements to ensure the implementation and execution of after-sales service plans;
• Follow up on and collect after-sales service payments for services provided outside the warranty period;
• Assist the After-Sales Supervisor with regular customer follow-ups and customer satisfaction management.
• 5+ years of work experience and a college degree or above;
• Proficient in Mitsubishi (3U, 5U) and Panasonic PLCs, as well as Panasonic and Inovance servo control, with the ability to develop control programs for 12 or more servo axes;
• Preferred: Experience in food packaging or lithium battery industries; willing to travel;
• Note: Candidates are encouraged to bring relevant previous work samples to the interview.
• Familiar with production and assembly processes, with strong hands-on skills;
• Responsible for electrical design and electromechanical transmission structure design of products;
• Participate in prototype production follow-up, assembly, commissioning, and related activities for new products;
• Provide internal and external technical communication, professional technical support, and installation guidance for product use and maintenance;
• Provide on-site equipment commissioning and optimization support, resolve unexpected technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery and acceptance;
• Assist with overall equipment commissioning and resolve technical issues throughout production, assembly, and commissioning.
• College degree or above in mechanical automation design, manufacturing, or related fields, with a solid foundation in mechanical design, machining, and manufacturing;
• Proficient in mechanical structure design and skilled in using mechanical design software for technical drawings;
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience, familiar with molding processes; experience in related equipment development is preferred;
• Strong ability to work under pressure and plan solutions for complex projects;
• Strong professional ethics and work discipline, with the ability to follow company rules and work arrangements;
• Serious, detail-oriented, and responsible work attitude, with strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills;
• Excellent personnel management, cross-department coordination, planning, and project management skills;
• Preferred: Experience in the rubber and plastics molding industry; CET-4 or above is preferred.
• Evaluate customer requirements and technical feasibility, and develop solution plans;
• Responsible for the mechanical structure and appearance design, testing, and validation of automation equipment;
• Track the trial production of designed automation equipment, conduct quality analysis and validation, improve processes, and provide technical support;
• Calculate and control project costs, and prepare and manage relevant development documentation as required;
• Provide technical support for on-site equipment commissioning and optimization, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely project delivery and acceptance;
• Manage project teams and coordinate communication between departments, as well as planning and project management.
• College degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
• Proficient in 3D/2D mechanical design and drafting software;
• Core Skills: Familiar with auxiliary equipment for injection molding machines, proficient in injection molding robots, and capable of independently configuring robots and related equipment;
• Responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible for the selection, configuration, and structural design of injection molding robots;
• Responsible for the design of tooling and fixtures, preparation of engineering drawings, and on-site assembly guidance;
• Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• College degree or above in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, or related fields;
• 3+ years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design; experience in 3C, optoelectronics, or rubber & plastics molding is preferred;
• Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical design, and machining processes; proficient in the selection and application of pneumatic components, motors, lead screws, linear guides, and other automation components;
• Capable of independently completing the R&D and design of non-standard automation equipment, with proficiency in mechanical design and Office software;
• Strong ability to work under pressure and independently plan overall solutions for projects;
• Strong professional ethics and work discipline, with the ability to follow company rules and work arrangements;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed, with strong communication skills and a good sense of teamwork and organization.
• Responsible for the design, testing, and validation of key equipment components;
• Responsible for 3D solution design and review, technical specification preparation, and preliminary project cost estimation;
• Prepare complete equipment design documentation, including 3D models, engineering drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and pneumatic diagrams;
• Analyze and resolve issues during equipment trial production and on-site commissioning, and continuously improve the design;
• Standardize, optimize, and release design documentation for mass-production equipment.
