Addressing the needs of packaging bucket products in industries such as dairy, food, coatings, chemicals, and household & personal care for efficient labeling, precise assembly, and continuous production, SWITEK launches the integrated automation solution for packaging bucket in-mold labeling + automatic handle assembly.
The system uses the injection molding machine as its core, integrating the in-mold labeling system and automatic handle assembly mechanism into the same production unit. During the injection molding process, labels are precisely placed in the mold cavity by the IML system, achieving simultaneous molding of labels and bucket bodies; after product injection molding is completed, the automation system further completes precise handle pick-up, positioning, and assembly, and automatically conveys finished products to subsequent processes.
By automating and integrating the two traditional manual processes of in-mold labeling and handle assembly, manual participation and product transfer are reduced, production efficiency and assembly consistency are improved, while labor costs are lowered, providing a stable and efficient automated production solution for large-size packaging bucket products.
This solution adopts a 2+2 mold configuration, and can be specifically designed according to product size, mold structure, injection molding machine parameters, and production rhythm, suitable for batch automated production of packaging buckets of different specifications.
Through multi-process automated coordination, continuous production from injection molding to handle assembly is achieved.
Integrating IML in-mold labeling and automatic handle assembly into the same production process, reducing intermediate transfer and manual operations, and achieving tight connection of production processes.
Labels are precisely placed in the mold cavity and directly combine with the bucket body during the injection molding process, improving label positioning accuracy and product appearance consistency.
Through a dedicated automatic assembly mechanism, it completes handle pick-up, positioning, and installation, reducing manual assembly and improving assembly efficiency and consistency.
From label placement, injection molding to handle assembly and product conveying, each process is automatically connected, reducing manual intervention and achieving continuous production.
Replacing traditional manual labeling and handle assembly processes, effectively reducing labor input while lowering assembly errors caused by manual operations.
Adopting standardized and modular automation structures, key actions are precisely controlled by the system, ensuring the stability of long-term continuous operation.
Can be customized according to bucket body size, handle structure, mold cavity, injection cycle, and production rhythm, achieving precise matching of the automation system with the customer's existing production equipment.
