Addressing the production characteristics of disposable plastic cutlery products such as knives, forks, and spoons — large output volume, many mold cavities, and high requirements for product quantity counting and packaging efficiency — SWITEK launches the integrated automation solution for cutlery injection extraction + automatic arrangement + stacking + packaging.

The system uses the injection molding machine as its core,配合 high-speed extraction robots, transfer robots, and dedicated transfer platforms to achieve rapid extraction, transfer, arrangement, and stacking of products after injection molding. Products are automatically arranged into groups according to preset quantities, and a pillow packaging machine completes automatic bagging and sealing, achieving continuous automated production from injection molding to final packaging.

Addressing the characteristics of disposable cutlery products — many mold cavities and large output per cycle — the system supports high-cavity mold configurations such as 32, 48, and 64 cavities. Through multi-robot coordination and high-speed transfer, it effectively shortens manual arrangement and packaging time, improving overall line production efficiency.
