The system uses the injection molding machine as its core. Through a high-speed extraction robot, it completes automatic extraction of injection-molded pipe fittings and precisely transfers products to the post-processing station. For excess material such as sprues and gates generated during the injection molding process of pipe fittings, the system is equipped with an automatic gate cutting mechanism to achieve rapid separation of products from gates.

After cutting, pipe fittings enter the vision inspection station. Through a CCD vision system, online inspection of product appearance, structure, and molding status is performed, and abnormal products are automatically identified.
