High-Efficiency Dual-Label Simultaneous Labeling for Premium Dual-Compartment Food Packaging

Designed for dual-compartment cup products such as ice cream and yogurt, the SWITEK 8-Cavity Dual-Compartment Cup IML Solution adopts the SW833-S6 high-speed in-mold labeling system. The product features a dual-compartment structure with a middle divider, and the system can simultaneously and precisely place two labels into each mold cavity, corresponding to the cup walls of the two compartments respectively.

Within each molding cycle, 8 mold cavities complete production simultaneously, while precisely placing 16 labels. It integrates processes such as label feeding, precise positioning, in-mold labeling, product take-out, and automatic stacking into one unit, achieving fully automated production.

Specifically designed for dual-compartment containers, each mold cavity can simultaneously place two labels, ensuring precise label positioning, flat and wrinkle-free application, and good consistency of labels on both sides of the middle divider.

8-Cavity High-Efficiency Production

Each production cycle can simultaneously mold 8 dual-compartment cups and complete the placement of 16 labels simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency and fully utilizing equipment capacity.

Automatic Product Take-Out and Stacking
